The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The dining area was clean and well organized, and the staff ensured everything was properly prepared. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the quality of the room, and the breakfast service. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly recommend this place to others visiting Armenia.

The ventilation and temperature control in the room worked well. the location is a little far from the city center and you must take a ride to see the attractions. none of the attractions are within the walking distance 1. The hotel has stairs and there is no one to help with the luggage. As a woman traveling alone, this was really difficult for me. 2. The breakfast is very limited, and some items like orange juice or cookies are not restocked once they run out. 3. The worst part was that they told me the amount paid on the website only covered one night. On the last day, they charged me a significant amount and didn’t allow me to check out until I paid, even though I had booked 3 nights on Booking.com and already paid for them. This is neither nice nor legal, and it should be clearly mentioned in their policies. 4. No toothbrush is provided. 5. The shampoo is not enough at all; the bottles are extremely small. 6. The hotel doesn’t provide any drinking water—not even a small water dispenser. 7. Considering the facilities, the hotel is overpriced.

The amenities were not complete there was no toothbrush and toothpaste, there was no complementary coffee,tea and drinking water as well, it's not proper to take drinking water inside the washroom to drink. Choices of the breakfast was less and same on the next day.

Location The ground floor room doesn’t have WiFi there no window, and bathroom wasn’t comfortable. The administrator promised to change our room but nothing was done.

Cleanest was good, except bath room smelling from drainage smelling bad. Drainage needs to be worked on, needs cleaning as drainage clogged.
