Erebuni Hotel Yerevan

The room furnishings were a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but everything was clean and perfectly usable. I also think it would be a nice touch to provide complimentary bottled water in the room for guests upon arrival, especially after a long journey. Unfortunately, there was no bottled water in the room.

The location is excellent. Can't be better. In the heart of Republic Square. Easy to go anywhere from here. Lots of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Bathroom floor can you use more regular mopping. Also, my shower door broke and came off the hinge. They came right away to look at it and removed it but never put the door back during the remaining 7 days of my trip. Not a huge inconvenience but would've been nice if they fixed it to avoid water spilling out of the shower.

Central location. Easy to find. Parking /pickup is an issue. Lots of cars in street. Front desk did not allow me to store large suitcase in luggage room - despite me staying in the hotel. So cloak room storage might pose a problem for guests who need the service.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The facilities inside the room were not complete. He didn't have extra paper towels, for example. I didn't ask for extra paper towels. The room was cold. I asked them to warm up my room. But, say, the room air is good. I had a cold and had a fever and room temperature was for the unsuitable. I slept in layers of clothes at night. The electric hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. They didn't leave toothbrushes and toothpaste for the passenger. I had to pay to use an electric kettle and drink tea and water in the fridge! I coughed and needed boiling water and water. I had to get it from the outside.

The breakfast was very good I appreciate it . Which I don’t like it is there is no complementary water not like other hotel I stayed before they have two 500 ml bottle water everyday for complementary for the guests and only toilet have tissues

During my recent stay, I noticed that although the towels are replaced daily, they had a very strong scent of whitening detergent. Could look into improving the laundry detergent used to ensure a more neutral scent for future guests.

Very testy fresh food for breakfasts. Clean rooms thanks to Maria. The receptionists were awesome and extremely helpful. The location was perfect close to metro and just in the heart of Yerevan. I would like if you have restaurant for dinner. I would like to have a night lamps next to each sides of beds also phone for connecting to the administration in case of emergency if tusists phone doesn't work locally.
