Location With heavy suitcases I have to go up the street to get the keys and then walk back. Room was clean , but towels were so old and had wholes in it. I needed a place for a short sleep so I didn’t care for 5 h it was fine

Size of the room. The room was unbearably stuffy. The bathroom ventilation and air conditioning were non-functional. Within 15 minutes of closing the windows, the room developed an odor. Keeping the windows open was not the best option either, as they overlooked a busy pedestrian street. Overall, the room was uncomfortable.

Location and staff

Kitchenware is very minimal: no cutting knife, no deep bowls. Extra kitchen towels or paper towels would be handy. Sample size shampoo packets are hard to use without scissors. Refillable bottles would be more practical.

Amazing just amazing location next to a park and coffee shops really great. Elevator was old but really no big deal

there was a bad smell coming from the douchsink, clearly the wassrrschlus was not functioning properly. I informed the reception, so I hope is already solved

The room Smells bad

The base of the building is almost colapsing. The rooftop was covered with some big plastic foil and was raining inside. The next room from my room was flooded. Inside my room the rooftop haves mold in the corners. We can not find anyone at the reception in the morning for checkout

There was no bidet provided, and the kitchen area was not properly cleaned. The cups and the water heater also appeared unclean, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Location is very good as some famous landmarks are within walking distance. Supermarkets are also within the vicinity.

Absolutely exceptional location! Right in the heart of the city! Lots of sighting points of interest around as well as all needed amenities around it: - supermarket in the adjacent building, - restaurants - cafes - Christmas fair market - small park, - etc... Friendly and polite staff. Helped for free with all our requests including printing boarding passes... Very large suites. Even the smallest is twice bigger of what you would get in a boutique hotel... And good value for money: half price of what you would pay in a boutique hotel... The washing machine is a real savior for large families with kids traveling with minimum luggage. The general theme of the rooms is vintage-like furniture and things - looks nice and it is really comfortable, however the rooms are still a bit old. But considering all other positive moments, you can easily ignore that.

It’s was very well located in the middle of everything and just an all around great place to stay the staff was kind and helpful and quick to aid. I couldn’t get the heat to work but that was a me problem not on the hotel

Great spot really prefect good bed nice room. The bathroom stinks the door get stuck very easily and it’s very hard to open.
