Clean, tidy if a bit standard rooms, nice floors not carpeted (great plus if you have allergies). Heating can be controlled within the room, which is nice and rare nowadays. The staff is nice and attentive. Great price point. Location perfect to explore the city. They offer a pickup in electric, silent cars that makes life easier at a very accessible price (no Uber in Yerevan). The mattress was ok for me but too soft for my partner. Unfortunately, we could not try the restaurant as it was all booked by a private function, so we had to have dinner in the bar area, which was not extremely comfortable and had limited options,

The hotel was well lit sparkled, clean, beautiful grand staircase, staff exceptional. Rooms on small side, breakfast pricy.

Frankly, some of the staff are not friendly at all, especially the women. Their smiles often feel forced or fake. Something easily noticeable to anyone attentive to human behavior. Additionally, the major issue found all over Armenia, which is the constant language barrier. My honest advice to management... invest in proper hospitality training for the staff, not just in surface etiquette but in genuine communication skills. A real smile can’t be taught by scripts. Genuine smile and sincere interaction leave a far stronger impression than formality without warmth.

Very good location- in the center, working distance from everything, there are a lot of good restaurants around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, but еhe windows faced the courtyard right next to the air conditioning units. they were terribly noisy. It was hot in the room, but it was impossible to sleep with the windows open because of the noise.

Noisy at night (not all the time) since there are a lot of cafes with loud music. The bathroom (the washing tub) was not perfectly white as it should be

The staff are helpful with all questions. The swimming pool is always a nice addition. The hotel is a good location and most things you want is a walking distance. The AC was horrible and asked them to fix it multiple times but it was still bad. The elevator is extremely slow.

Location .nice small gym. And rooftop pool. I asked for a higher floor room did not get it.I was on the second floor, facing the courtyard too noisy.

I had booked a twin room, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that no twin rooms were available. Instead, I was given a room with a king-size bed and an extra bed, which was not comfortable
