The staff are great. They don’t speak well English but they go above and beyond to keep guests happy. Only extremely young generation speak English everyone else speaks only Russian. Rooms are very clean and sheets are spotless white. They bring breakfast to your room, which is a majestic breakfast and they cater to your taste. I asked for no meat or egg they found followed with other dishes. The staff are superb! Just the smell of sewage And it’s a bit far from center of the town

Everything was ok especially the manager was a lovely lady at all 24 hours answer to solve ur problems and very clean same as pictures nice clean cosy pool and breakfast so much they send us as a 5 person room for a 2 person room !!! The best trip with the best manager lovely gohar Staff not fluent in english

delicious cuisine, responsive staff, cleaning, everything was top notch the location is not the most convenient for walks, but we expected it but if you have a car or are going to use a taxi, then this is not a problem

Will return Air condition was not working properly very hot Find roach in the room twice. Staff killed one of them. Long stairs to the room but staff very helpful to carry the luggage to the room.

I liked the layout of the hotel, with the fountain courtyard in the middle. This hotel was made for guests who value their privacy. We had a sitting room and bedroom. There is no dining hall in the hotel, so all meals are delivered to your room. It was different and suited us quite well! We felt safe and content in this hotel. The staff are really nice and accommodating. We weren't big fans of the breakfast (you don't have a choice --they serve you whatever they have that day). However, the meals on the menu were EXCELLENT. We really enjoyed the steak, soup, salads, cheese sticks, fresh fruit, and fresh bread. Quite honestly, everything in the menu was delicious! We really loved it all. The room service is 24 hours, which was fantastic. There is also a mini fridge in the room, which was convenient.
