Location and the cleanliness of the hotel

Privacy & location Especially I'd like to highliht the service by one of Ibis staff named MARIYAM It was exceptinal The view from the window however most of the time I spent outside hence it doesn't matter

Check-in took a very long time, despite the fact that there were enough staff at the counter. I was really tired to wait this long.

overall it is a nice hotel, located in the very center of the city. many restaurants and coffee shops near by. there was no water pressure in the shower. and the hot water in the shower was on and off

I wrote to the hotel through the Booking website to arrange an airport pick-up, but unfortunately I did not receive any response. This was the only point that upset me during an otherwise pleasant stay. Location

Clean room and amazing lobby With great staff working Amazing location in the heart of the downtown No kettle in the room but there is dispenser in each floor for cold and hot water

Perfect location There's a sewer smell from the shower area that comes on and off. It's bit dated, definitely need some much needed upgrade.
