Good location. Fine,warm and welcoming staff Great breakfast daily, money value is a true factor.for booking again, I had to extend my stay for a day and they helped me right on with no questions asked. Should have big beds, The mattresses need a little attention.

The hairdryer was not working, however they replaced it with a new one. There were some insects on the bed and in other places of the room too, maybe because the main entrance door was always open.

The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere was calm and suitable for resting. Additional it was good value? Nothing.

Breakfast offers ample selections and served in room with views of the garden. Bathroom undeventilated, and emits a strange odor. AC inadequate for the summer temperature. Property is near a bus terminal located in a dodgy area.

The breakfast is fresh and tasty, there is a choice of coffee and tea. The WiFi network is stable and fast. There are rooms with twin beds.

It's good place, they checked me in deep night when my flight was late which I did appreciate. You can also pay with card which is great

The breakfast was excellent. The host was kind. The parking place is inside the garden. The room is very small and there was no shower curtain or wall.

The location is about a 25-minute walk from the city center. All the stuff is nice and friendly.

Honestly speaking it was one of the best stays while traveling with my mother, who wanted to visit Armenia and Georgia in one shot. The hosts are super friendly people and have a lovely hospitality. It was a great stay in March 2025, 7 min bus/mini bus to the heart of the city, place is just 2 minutes walk from the Central Bus station which allows you to wake up and take a bus to any other city. Nice breakfasts, all people who work here are very kind and had a natural smile to you. My mother was not feeling quite well in the 1st day - and they helped us to get the necessary pills and made all what was possible to help us - so they did it like for the family members and not just for another regular guests! I am sure we would visit Armenia next time, as we haven't been to quite a lot of places like Sevan, Giymri ect.. we had all these in the list but the weather made some corrections. Great breakfast Not comfortable in winter. Cold bathroom. Loud vent and heating boiler pump. I could not sleep without ear plugs.

The place is homey and comfortable. Clean and quiet. The food was great. It was. Great place to stay. None so far
