The location was great. The room was large and well appointed. The shared balcony between our two rooms was a plus. The smell in the bathroom was constant and nauseating. Seems like a plumbing issue that should be addressed.

From outside of my room in front of my balcony there is a funnel from the restaurant next to the hotel that makes a noise all day until late night so i couldn't sleep. The room was in the 3rd floor without elevator. The stuff in reception they just didn't care about me. They didn't say not even good morning.

Bathroom, though clean, is not acceptable because no shower door, only a curtain

Location Everything AC not working and refused to escalate the ac problems and they told me to open the public balcony to. Get some air ? we ended up with a fan only and we paid the price of AC service.

Olive Hotel is in a very central location, a few minutes walk to Republic Square. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent every day, and they even packed a good spread for me when I had to leave early for day tours.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The wine bar is just amazing located on the first floor of the hotel. There is also a market where they sell Armenian products. The price is very convenient I recommend it to everyone

Great location, very pleasant staff in the reception. Room looks clean Very small room. Very thin walls, could hear every tiny sound (some one was walking for about an hour in the corridors around 3 am ??? I couldn't sleep) Very uncomfortable beds, it was like laying on a cardboard box. Was ok for one night but not sure if I ever will choose it again. Oh!!! No lift!! And we were on the 3rd floor!

The location of the hotel is great. Central Yerevan, close to many sights and attractions. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. When we told them that we can't have breakfast one morning as we will leave early for a daytrip they offered us to bring us all breakfast items to the room the night before. This was a really great service! The breakfast was fantastic in general. Cleaning can be improved in some areas although it wasn't too bad.
