Good location. Nice reception. Peaceful stay Bathroom needs to be clean more. Lots of hair on the floor.

However, there are several areas that need improvement. The room door was not secured with a key, which raised concerns about security. The room, especially the shower area, was not as clean as expected. Another issue was that one of the occupants appeared to be staying in the room on a long-term basis. Her belongings and clothes were spread throughout the room, making it difficult for other guests to find space for their luggage. She behaved as if the room belonged to her and showed little consideration for the other guests sharing the space. Overall, the location is a strong advantage, but cleanliness, security, and shared-room management should be improved.

The hostel is very clean. The location is good, which is easy to get everywhere in Yerevan.and they have kitchen. The people stayed there were also very friendly and nice. One of a male staff seems not very friendly at all. The atmosphere here also feels foul sometimes. You will find out :)

The bed mattress was very old and the springs were annoying, everything else was good.

The bed was large and comfortable, with paneling for 3 sides and a large curtain for the front. Even though there were only 3 small tables in the kitchen that were often occupied, my bed was large enough for me to do my computer work while working remotely and traveling. The men running the hostel/front desk were very helpful and thoughtful- one even stayed up late to help me order a taxi. Some guests made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Poor staff choices can significantly harm a business, and the brown-haired Russian receptionist with the neck tattoo (Dimitri) is definitely one of the worst choices a business owner can make. When I asked to extend my stay by five days, he responded in a very dismissive manner and said I could only stay for one more night. Given that the hostel was quite empty at the time, I asked why a longer extension wasn't possible. He gave no explanation, put in his earphones, and clearly had no interest in continuing the conversation or helping further. Doubting the validity of his response, I checked the Booking.com app and was immediately able to book the additional five nights—at a cheaper rate than I had previously paid. I would have gladly extended my stay directly at the same rate, but his unwillingness to assist not only cost the business a direct booking but also incurred a third-party commission. It turned out only three beds in the 6-bed dorm were booked during my extended stay. Just think about how many customers he might have already rejected before me, who didn't double-check on booking.com and left the hostel. In any case, this employee's lack of manners and his unwillingness to communicate clearly and politely repels customers and results in lost profit for the hostel owner. But it doesn't end there. At night (!), Dimitri would come into the female dorm to open the window and "let in some fresh air." He would knock on the door but not wait for a response before entering the room. Can it get any more creepy?? Apart from that, the hostel doesn't provide any safety for your personal belongings. While there are lockers in each room, anyone can open them because the part that secures the lock is either too small or turns along with the knob. (See video on Maps.) It's ridiculous.

Everything was good. The bed was ready to use, and I could smell that towel was freshly washed. The staff was very helpful. Great price to value. The location is great. Highly recommend the hostel. Nothing

The location, the low cost, the supermarket next door and the helpful staff. Ok for one night. It was not clean enough, sheets and towels had stains.

Staff were not particularly friendly • Rooms are somewhat small • Laundry and dryer machines are available, but for an extra fee 1000 AMD for Laundry and 500 AMD for dryer

Comfortable bed, thick curtain, nice shared areas. The absolute best location in Yerevan. I think it would be better to have the bathrooms outside of the rooms, not inside, but it's not a big problem.
