Teryan Pushkin Apart Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with large and cozy beds, and everything was very clean. Fresh towels and clean bed linen were always provided, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily and changed the towels every day, which made our stay especially comfortable. We also really appreciated that drinking water was provided every day. The room was equipped with a good hairdryer and a kettle, which was very convenient during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always tried to help in any situation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the city center, with everything within walking distance and very convenient access to transportation. The entrance is located through a quiet courtyard, although there is currently some construction work going on there, so it can occasionally be noisy during the daytime. However, mornings and evenings were peaceful and nothing disturbed us. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator and is located on the fourth floor, which may be difficult for elderly guests or for those traveling with heavy luggage. Also, we would like to mention that despite information saying breakfast could be purchased separately, the hotel currently does not offer breakfast. However, this was not a problem at all because there are many great cafés and restaurants nearby where you can easily have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The only thing we would suggest improving is the information about breakfast on Booking.com. Currently, it mentions that breakfast can be purchased separately, but in reality, breakfast is not available at the hotel. It would be better either to remove this information from the listing or, if possible, to introduce a breakfast option in the future, as the current description can be a bit misleading for guests.

Not the first time there, and it’s always a great experience: location, quietness No elevators, but stuff is very helpful

There are a lot of nice places around to get breakfast or dinner. Location is perfect. Apartment have all necessary equipment for comfortable stay. Everything was perfect. I defiantly will rent this apartment next time I come to Yerevan.

Wi-Fi was broken for the first 2 days of the stay, but then the staff succeeded in solving this issue

Central location, room was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating The check-in process was a bit of a pain considering the lobby is a whole block away from the rooms and there's no elevator. I had to go up and down several times, sometimes with luggage, due to an issue i had with the keys (though it got resolved). Also the bathroom, while clean, had a bit of a bad smell, especially noticeable on the first day.

I like the location its close everywhere . The bed, pillows and comforter is very comfy. However its difficult to go to your room as you have to the steep stairs its challenging specially if your room is on the 3rd floor.

The hotel has 24h reception, they are very kind, staff speaks English well. Hotel is on very good location, in the heart of Yerevan, you can walk to every atraction. Room was clean, everything is new. We had shower gel, bottled water, towels, slippers, hairdryer. Highly recommend this hotel

Exceptional

Tigran (on reception) was very kind and supportive during our 7 day stay. We even got put in a bigger and more comfortable room to the one we originally booked for no extra charge. He always made side we’re were happy and comfortable, and to be honest I have no complaints. Everywhere was clean, they were helpful with recommendations and always responded quickly via WhatsApp. I would only mention the accessibility. We had to go round the back, and there are only stairs which does make things a bit difficult with suitcases.

There is no elevator, and the rooms are on the 4th floor

The room was big, same with bathroom, very clean, equipated, location was perfect, the reception guys were the best, always helpful, very friendly, all the staff in general, the bed was extremely comfortable, we loved it. I totally recommend the hotel, they also gave us a gift when we left. Simply beautiful.
