SOHO Hotel City Centre

I wasn't aware it was cash/dram only when booking, due the first day. We had no dram on us when we arrived but staff was great and worked with us. Not bad necessarily, just different than what we are used to visiting from the US.

The kindness of Mr. Sarkis in the reception -The size of the bathroom , imagine the toilet chair is inside the shower room due to the small size of the bathroom - the water pressure in the sink faucet is zero - the shower faucet is so bad - The noise from the street is very annoying, and at 4:00 AM I woke up to the sound of a truck parked in front of the building.

We stayed in 6 hotels during our 10 night trips in Armenia , SoHo hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in , the location is perfect on Pushkin street with the best restaurants in Yerevan and in the heart of the downtown , the apartment is spacious with high ceiling viewing the lovely street , the bathroom were clean with extra towels , huge wardrobe and walking space , a 60 inch smart TV , a very modern and well equipped kitchen, and the value for money is crazy , it actually made us feel the other hotels were a scam . We were lucky to get 2 nights and definitely this will be our go to hotel in our next trip , definitely the most underrated place I have stayed in Nothing really , there was some construction but it never bothered us or felt it really , and I think it’s temporary.

I would like to emphasize the Star of the hotel-Sargis, the most polite person who is willing to help and support in any way.Thank you again, Sargis. Everything is in walking distance, taxis work perfect, thousands of cafes and restaurants around. 5min to public square and metro. Next time, I would definitely come back here. Nothing to mention

Located in the very center of Yerevan, yet the rooms feel private and peaceful. There are a lot of cool places to eat and walk around, specilaty coffee shops and national cuisine. The room has a cooktop, I think you can stay in such a room for at least a week comfortably. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, let us leave our suitcases after check out for free and took care of them. Last but not least, footsteps in the hall will be heard through the door. If you have a sensitive sleeper, keep this in mind. it's our whims only: there were no second blanket and wine glasses in the room (nice to have when it's so tempting to buy a bottle of Armenian wine). BUT we did't even ask about it and I'm pretty sure that if we had asked, we would have been provided both :)

Location Dirty. The room was not cleaned properly at first. Ripped towels. Linen was dirty. Wifi didn’t work most of the time

Nice location Room 301 is literally worst thing ever happened in my life, there is horrific loud low noise coming somewhere beyond the wall, its impossible to have good night sleep. Personnel on the counter always missing, some random people from the staff take their place without warning and are unable to properly communicate to guests and other staff. The building itself is shared with some other amenities, and you have a beautiful chance to run into a drunken aggressive crowd of people on the elevator!

Great location. Friendly stuff. Clean. Has kitchen and refrigerator. - Ban sound isolation: you can hear every sound and talk for hallway and other places. - TV doesn’t support AirPlay. - No breakfast.

The studio was very comfortable, good location, and the staff were very accommodating.the room has a kitchenette which was a big plus. We were not able to switch to cool air-conditioning even though we changed the settings of the AC (It was hot inside the room cos of the central heating system). It would have been better having more utensils in the kitchenette.

Location Very disappointing, the only positive is the location. From the first moment we checked in, the room was very dirty, the floor was very dusty. We stayed for 3 nights and they came to clean only the first day, the next days they didn't come to clean the rooms. In the complaint we made, we were told that the cleaner was absent due to personal reasons and for this reason no one came to clean. No clean towels, no toilet paper! We had to ask them to bring us clean. If they had check in for new customers would they give the rooms dirty? The sheets were too small for the particular mattress so as soon as we lay down the sheets came off. The cover was too small not enough to cover the entire bed. On the Site it says that the kitchen was equipped, but it wasn't, it had 2 glasses, a plate, a deep plate, a pot and a set of cutlery. In addition, in the apartment 203, in order to have hot water, we would have to let the water run and we have to wait more than 15 minutes for the hot water to come and at the same time have the sink faucet open. when we turned off the tap in the sink the water was freezing! Very disappointing!

Amazing and comfortable Apartments with everything you need: hair dryer, nice kitchen with a microwave oven, hot and cold water, AC, comfortable furniture. ??????? Amazing interior and exterior
