All the staff whom we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the hotel just after 10am so was expecting to be able to check in . The young men on reception asked if I would like him to check us in straight away which was very helpful. The room was extremely clean and well maintain, the bed, pillows very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning (paid extra) so excellent. All good

Very welcoming staff and exceptionally clean. Excellent selection for breakfast which was nicely presented and refilled without needing to ask or wait.

Great location for central York easy walking distance to attractions - A very comfortable modern clean hotel - staff very friendly and helpful - nice bar & eating area. Parking a bit tight spaces for even small cars.

The room was lovely, big and very cosy. It also had a nice view of the York Minster in the distance.

Room was quiet and well equipped with all the usual refinements as expected. The large bathroom was a bonus. The breakfast offering was good, On one morning we had to wait for a table at breakfast, to enable us to sit together, but only 5 minutes.

The location from the train station was only 10 minutes away. The lifts were very small.

The hotel was very clean, our room was huge with a great bathroom and the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was great too Would say the carpark is tight but still managed to park our 7seater in there so wouldnt say I didnt like it.
