A lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location for visiting, a short walk into centre.. Parking was a great price, it gives you the full day/evening you arrive as well as the following full day. Not a vast evening menu choice but food was tasty and cooked well.

Nice having a bar that is open late The swimming pool was not clean or maintained, water was dirty and had little or no chlorine. The bedsheets were food stained which I don’t mention as it wasn’t a big deal as it was quite late at night and the hotel looked short staffed.

The room was exceptional! The pool was closed due to some unforeseen issue but we were not notified. Turned up at the pool at the time we had requested to use it (with two young kids) only to find it closed. Tears ensued!!

Good central location, a short walk to restaurants and sites. Nice foyer area at hotel. Swimming pool was was very busy, nothing special. Could have done with more reception staff in the evening.

Pool, reception staff lovely, downstairs area, child friendly. Great location close to city centre Some stains on carpets and rusty bin. Just needed carpet clean. Busy summer period. Would not stop us from staying as hotel is brilliant.
