The room was lovely and very clean. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was quite expensive and some common items such as mushrooms were missing. Otherwise very nice.

Not much Room cleaning didn’t happen. Breakfast very poor.Bed uncomfortable and pillows very low quality.

Location great, right on the canal, opposite some great bars. Katie O Brians is a great shout for some live music in the sunshine. Rooms clean, staff friendly, car park handy next door (bit expensive though). Beds comfy, and good air con. overall good value Breakfast was £19 and not great. Bacon all burnt, bit bland and basic for £19.00.... but it is what it is.

Great location. Cost a little high for the standard, but it was Ebor weekend, so full to the brim and so full price All staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were a little small, but all very clean, so no complaints Check in was a bit Chaotic, systems were playing up. The on-line check in wasn't working. Managed to make sure they tied are two night separate bookings so that we didn't have to change. So all fine really. Car park was full, but we were

Location is good Checked in early as said the room was ready. Booked a twin room when we got in the room it was a double. 3 rooms later we eventually got what we booked for 5hrs later.

Very nice hotel, right in the middle of it all. Parked the car up and walked to every attraction. Breakfast was very nice.. good to start the day on a full stomach. Booking in could have been a little more friendly , a bit less formal.

We found the staff to be exceptional, so friendly and not over rushed to get us away , Answered our questions, made us feel at ease. Love the nearness to everything and the glorious river view, The room was a good size, No noise from other rooms. The lift was close but could not be heard from my room. There was a sweet little secret garden nestled in the inner part of the hotel. With tables chairs and a brolly. not far from the restaurant in the first floor. We had an excellent choice of breakfast, which was cooked well and kept topped up and refreshed by staff. Everything was clean, there is a left luggage room too, On day of departure, as our train was not due to leave till about 3.30pm we were allowed to sit in the lounge and still treated very well by the staff. Radisson Hotel is so good we are going to book again for October. There is nothing we disliked at all.

The location, very clean The bed. It was a double bed, terrible pillows and a very lumpy duvet. Breakfast, good choice but felt it had been under a heat lamp.
