My only complaint was that the WiFi was extremely spotty & often only available intermittently on the balcony. Overall tho, a great experience & would definitely go back.

This is my second time staying here! We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very nice. The beach view is my favorite part! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was nice being able to just walk across the street to Long Beach. The only slight negatives was that the wifi was somewhat spotty and there are no elevators, but that definitely was easy to work around.

Location to waterfront view was greatm.very clean. Couple nice restaurants little store close by and easy to get on route to go further north to explore..

The staff was attentive and friendly. The main door to the room and the bathroom door were tough to close and open. They both stuck.

The building is older, so maintenance is surely always an issue. Everything in the room was perfect, but the first impression, meaning the stairwell, was a bit dingy. Needs painting and to replace the carpet with something more moisture-proof. Would stay again.

The third floor double bed room with private deck was comfortable, clean, and updated. We really loved the private deck, and liked having a mini fridge and sink outside of bathroom. There were some dishes provided under the sink along with some silverware. Really enjoyed our stay. They even allowed us to stay parked in their parking lot after we checked out while we enjoyed the beach. My only recommendation would be to have a restroom near the check in area for guests who have checkout to be able to use. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
