We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The hotel is clean. Make sure you ask to have your room cleaned if you're there more than one day. Overall great hotel.

Clean good location nice There's weird hidden fees so most of the deposit doesn't come back :(

Nice and clean

Breakfast was not included. Breakfast needed or should be included w/ the rate being charged for one night. Very unpleasant. 14$$ extra dollars for breakfast per person was kind of extreme.

Biggest/cleanest pool area at a hotel I can remember staying at. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

The room was not clean

The staff was amazing! Maria the manager was sweet as pie. The room was clean and smelled clean. Pool was nice, hot tub was amazing. Our room was quiet and away from other parties. Not sure why hotels are getting rid of bathroom exhaust fans, makes it weird to have to leave the bathroom door cracked. Also the bartender went missing for a while, once she returned she was kinda grouchy and seemed like she really had other stuff she would rather be doing. Also, if you need additional light, bring a lantern, rooms are dimly lit.

OK, so everything was fine but I don't understand why hotels think on a Friday and Saturday night they closing the pool at 10 o'clock during the summer especially even though I believe this one was enclosed. I don't know because we checked in right around 10 and we couldn't use it. I did like the 11 AM checkout. They did tell me the pool would open at 7 AM. I am not a morning person. Otherwise the stock was friendly. The property was great. This was an impromptu trip, but I did pick this hotel specifically because we have been traveling and I had a hot tub

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Four Points by Sheraton York and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, making it easy to explore York and the surrounding areas. The on-site dining options were excellent as well—great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a wonderful choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

In-door pool was full size, legit. You could do laps if you were into that. Hot tub was ok. The outdoor patio off the pool was a very nice surprise. Elevators are small and slow. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked fine. Easy on and off Interstate 83. Being on Route 30 lots of access to places to grab a quick meal/eat. I would stay again. Staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

Everything was broken in this hotel. Elevators. Computers in the computer room. Phone in our room. Shower heads running water both from the top and bottom at the same time. I ordered the suite and the description and the photos on Expedia was inaccurate so we had to move to another room.
