Motel 6 York, PA

Nothing at all Beyond disappointed totally The location The staff (lady at check in counter) The room (Dirty, Air conditioner did not work, there was a roach crawling when I checked to make sure AC unit was plugged in) I have stayed at other motel 6 locations with no issues...but this experience was beyond unacceptable

Holes & Stains on sheets, cockroach crawling under doors, mouse in trashcan in room

The sheets had holes in them. They looked like cigarette burns. There was only a sheet and light bedspread. No extra blanket. The tub looked like it was peeling and did not look clean.

The room would not get warm. I had to wear a heavy sweatshirt to bed so I could get to sleep.

I did the like the cockroaches, the sheets looked like someone e slept in the before me, ac vent was disgustingly filthy

The room was very nice and clean overall. The only issue is that the ice machine wasn't working and the lady we checked in with was fairly rude, but besides that, good experience.

Very good

Very unclean, pubes in the bathroom, stains on the bed, poop in the poilrt stinking up the room. A drunk girl outside the motel getting manhandled and sexually assulted. Requested a full refund for the unpleasant stay and theyre refusing to respond or say no because i stayed. I was homeless at that time to which they told me they just dont want to refund me and dont care about my situation.

It was terrible mode in the bathroom.Shower curtain was moldy.\nWas stained towels?Look , thirty dirty and dingy will not come back

nothing It was dirty and bugs we didn’t see until night time. The first room the tv and phone didn’t work so they moved us but both rooms looked like weren’t thoroughly cleaned. I know I will never stay there again and all my friends heard all about it. I left all my stuff outside when I got home so had no bugs go in my house if any got in out bags

Bed sheets were stained. Towels were stained. Found tick on the bed. Dead june bugs, they were not roaches. Notified staff, lady was very rude, said we brought them in and they cant control what the guests bring in the rooms. Ask for management and she said were all franchise now. Very disappointed

When asked about a new sheet to put on, the staff at the front said they don't have sheets, when told they'd contact their manager I got no follow up at all. I didn't even use the blanket as it was covered in hair and that alone was a bit disgusting. As for washing up in the shower, there was only a bar of skin drying soap so I did not feel at all refreshed after the shower. AC was great though.

Only issue I had was I was given a smoking room but did not bother to go change it.

Desde que llegamos nos entregaron una habitación completamente sucia, fuimos a recepción y tuvieron que cambiarnos la habitación y cuando entramos a la otra habitación, la habitación olía a moho y tenía las sábanas sucia y llamamos a recepción para que nos cambiaran las sábanas y nos dijeron que no es posible, la cual tuvimos que abandonar el hotel por mal higiene
