Very modern and relaxed the staff were lovely and welcoming . Our room was lovely had food and drinks in the bar would definitely recommend . Took us 14 mins to walk from the station as it is near the shambles/ marks Spencer’s . It was fantastic

The breakfast was excellent value for money and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Moxy is onlyba 5 minute walk from The Shambles in a relatively quiet location The room and ensuite were small with no cupboards, but to be fair, I could have paid more for a larger room. It was perfectly adecuate for a short stay and very good value for money

Everything about the stay was fantastic, me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were very intentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back very soon! The only small issue was when I called before booking to make sure if we were to include breakfast that there would be a meat substitute or alternative for me and my wife. When we came for breakfast we were told they didn't have any and the second day that they didn't get the delivery on time. These things happen so no worries.

I love staying in a Moxy! This is my second time & honestly can’t fault it. I love how quirky the hotel is. The location is superb-so close to the Shambles & parking nearby. It’s super clean & comfortable and very good value for money. The pizza was delicious! And the free drink on arrival was a lovely touch. Thank you! Nothing

The hotel was located in good distance of the shops and restaurants etc. Hotel itself was great, a nice bar and reception and lovely friendly staff. The beds were comfy and room was clean. The room was lacking any storage facilities. We did not have any drawers on the bedside or in the room at all. No wardrobes or places to put clothes. It was also lacking in space to put anything on a unit or dresser.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt I paid quite a lot for the room. I appreciate it is city centre and I booked reasonably late. The room was very clean amd the bed comfortable but not quite worth what I paid.
