There was a store serving onigiri in street level the food was delicious. There was not elevator.

Location is definitely a 10/10 right in front of JR Yufuin station. The beds are double beds and pretty comfy. There's also a fridge, kettle and microwave. U can buy your own food or soup from 7-11 and warm them up in the room. No staff to do check in. DIY on tablet with the PIN provided thru your email. Abt 15min walk to Lake Kinrin. No elevators. Had to drag up your luggage. 2 washing machines but 1 was not functioning. No chance to use at all.

The location is very good, just next to the train station, and within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and the shopping street. The room is cozy and clean. Staff is very prompt in helping when we call, even during New Year Day.

The hotel is opposite side of the Yufuin station, very close to the station and convenient. We received the instructions after we booked the hotel. The room is quite big and there is onsen room on the third floor, we did not use it because it is always occupied all the time when we stayed there.

The room is simple and sizeable enough to feel comfortable. In-room facilities are quite complete. Staff is friendly and helpful and ready to assist when you ask for help.

i like that it has complimentary facilities such as washing machine and private rooftop onsen with great view. furthermore it’s just right outside Yufuin station. -

Very comfortable stay and the construction of the room on the 1st floor is very fine and detailed. I was very impressed. Very much appreciate that a washing machine with dryer function is provided as all my hotel and ryokan throughout my trip do not have the facility. Just right in front of the train station and you will not have to worry about missing the train. Clear instruction given in the room file and at the washing machine station. A clear sign needs to be put up in front to indicate Etavia. Otherwise people will be confused and go around it. Give information on what trash is combustible and non-combustible as I do not understand.
