Room Insufficient shuttle bus service

The room was beautiful and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathtub was really enjoyable. The view from the room was absolutely amazing! We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was a very interesting and unexpected experience in a good way. Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable stay that we would definitely recommend :) The bathtub might feel a bit small for two adults, but it was still nice to use.

Excellent staffs and dinner setting! Hassan was excellent. He was very attentive and polite. Nice and clean spacious room. The breakfast was just okay. Nothing impressive meal.

Beautiful room, amazing views. Nice to have private onsen with Mountain View. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating There was a very strong chemical smell in the bathroom, which made it hard to breathe. I woke up one day coughing up brown phlegm. Kaiseiki dinners were good but not great

The dinner was really delicious, very impressive, we were glad we booked the package with dinner. Breakfast was also nice. We booked private onsen room but our onsen feels very exposed & someone could’ve see us naked if they wanted to. Although the hotel already design it in a way that people should not be seeing us but I still feel very unsafe. Also you can definitely hear your next door neighbors. I also don’t like the fact that you book a room that emphasizes the view of the famous yufu mountain but can’t actually see it when you’re in the tub. I also don’t like the lights during the night in the room was so dark. Also this hotel was not particularly clean. The staff who spoke Chinese to us might not be so good at Chinese maybe? So it just sounds rude.

A bit far away from the station and grocery shops but the walk is manageable, and transfer is available.

The staff and environment are fantastic. Really enjoy the room and great view with the attach open-air bath. Dinner and breakfast are super good.

wonderful place to stay with modern decor. We, especially liked having a large room with an adjacent open air onsen tub as part of our room. we booked half board and had amazing meals artfully presented in pretty ceramic dishes.

staff are very nice n happy to offer help always. marvellous indoor onsen, so peaceful environment, very clean n tidy. we had stayed for 2 nights, it would be better if they could clear the rubbish bin daily.

Elegant and excellent food Nothing

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The private onsen with a beautiful mountain view was truly relaxing and memorable. Additionally, the fine dining in traditional Japanese style was exceptional, offering a perfect balance of taste, presentation, and atmosphere. I would also like to commend the staff member, Jeffery, who served us with fluent Mandarin and provided excellent service, including detailed explanations throughout the dinner. His attentiveness greatly enhanced our overall experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and authentic Japanese experience. The location is a bit far from train station, however, the hotel do provide free transportation service.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Both breakfast & dinner are good. I ordered extra Wagyu beef. Good quality & good taste. Although room is clean, quite outdated. There is also a bad smell of wood in the toilet.
