The dinner was so delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff were very friendly and kind. I enjoyed being able to book a time to use the outside onsen. A really great experience and wish I could have stayed longer!

We are late bcoz the train The owners even pick us up at the yufuin station I can’t describe how much they provide But I have to say I have the best sleep I ever have there Highly recommend! ( from Taiwan）

the food is well prepared, the outdoor onsen is nice and private. Lady host very nice and hospitable. the beddings are a little old although the pillows are hard and comfy.

Silent comfortable room, it was possible to book the onsen privately for the family. The atmosphere was great like the breakfast with the mountain view. Very tasty morning coffee.

The place is a great value for the money. It exceeded our expectations. Rooms with foutons were very clean, warm and well designed. You will have all the checklist of a good ryokan here: several onsens (even outside one), yukatas, kaiseki. And even more: tea table with all the things you need, private toilet and wash basin, good internet. Host was very nice and welcome. Definitely would recommend this place. Absolutely nothing :) However you should be prepared, that not everything at kaiseki would be familiar and eatable for you. And also it is quite a walk from the train station towards the place. But it's a nice one with view at the mountains and fields.
