I would love to choose the menu of the food but somehow this time the booking.com system has an error that I can't select.

The staff service is excellent. Especially a girl called May, she speaks very fluent English. The hotel is currently under construction, so only 2 onsen could be tried.

Location was excellent, still tucked away by the river, but within walking distance to Floral Village, Kinrin lake, Yunotsubo street with eateries, and Showa Retro Museum. Amazing staff who take care of your every need from start to finish. They are amazing!! Thank you!! Nothing! Would loved to have stayed longer!

I loved the warm Japanese hospitality welcome. The service staff attending to our room was very friendly and attentive too. Location was amazing being mere minutes to the floral village. For guests that drive, a big plus is that they have their own carpark so no need to compete for lots at the public car parks.

Huge room with a lot of spaces. Outdoor onsen was incredible, especially for 1st time users. There are regular height tables, so we sat comfortably without having to sit on the floor. Dinner & breakfast were served in room, so it felt very special. The service was exceptional! Walls are paper thin, because some really are just papers, so you can hear people walked by and talking sometimes. Also, you can hear upstairs walking as well. But things got quiet around sleeping time.

Food is excellent and the in room onsen is awesome. The location is best to access the lake and walking area. Staff are very friendly and kind. Wonderful traditional Japanese experience!
