The wifi did not work. I believe it was due to a storm earlier

Very spacious room, to be exact, it's a 2 story house, no joke, its the best hotel room I have ever stayed. Everything is clean and new, 2 floors with 3 giant tv and a small one inside the onsen room, they provide an onsen pool in the house! Full amenities, free capsule coffee. 2 King size bed, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, toilet, onsen room, it's like heaven to stay in this hotel. Staff was a bit difficult to communicate with. But the room/house is too good, I don't care about it.

Big apartment, self check in when we received password. Well Facilitated with Onsen in bathroom. The Bedroom was huge too, with a sofa inside. Location was convenient. No lift, must carry out luggage up to 2nd & 3rd floor ?

Very spacious, comfort, neat and tidy. Like the private hot spring bathroom very much. Location is close to the scenic lake with very nice shops and restaurants. . People are very helpful to call a taxi for you. A very good and relaxing experience. Hopefully can stay more days. ? Check-in front desk at another place with around 5 minutes' walk. It's a 3-storey building without lift but still okay to walk up.

Size and space 1.Check in process was terrible. Arrived at apartment after 5 hours of travelling to see a sign you must checkin at a sister hotel another 500m away. Had to carry our luggage on a rough road to be given a PIN number and then return back to Grandpia. Why wasn’t this pin emailed? 2. We had no hot water for our entire stay so we couldn’t shower. Someone came the next day while we were out and said you need to run the water for 3 minutes to get hotwater. I ran it for 5 minutes and more to get Luke warm water which wasn’t consistent. 3. Mould on shower ceiling. Efflorescence build in hot tub and shower wall.

The amenities were very really high quality. Because I didn’t have international calling available on my phone and the hotel didn’t have email capability, I wasn’t sent the self check-in instructions. I had to go to a different hotel to pick up the instructions and walk to this one.

Nice and large space and facilities. Even provides 2 bottles of vine and a lot of snacks for free. Private onsen is ok. No elevator.

The drinks in the freezer, the kitchen, shower room. Everything is perfect. I feel warm welcome here and wish to come back and stay again. The place is better than the pictures Needa take stairs with suitcase
