Very dirty and the smell was atrocious.

When we approached the owners on property about the room, they basically said “why didnt you say anything when I fixed the leaking faucet. “ Well we had not taken off our shoes yet. I repeatly stated it needed to be mopped. The owners wife made an excuse that it was a pet room what did I expect? After repetition of asking for the room to be mopped they finally complied. I was a frequent customer, but this time was atrocious. Come to find out the property had been sold. I will not return to Quality in the future.

I'll be honest about one thing: the surrounding area looks a little rough, and I spotted a spent shell casing in the parking lot near where I parked, which gave me pause at first. That said, nothing came of it — the night was completely quiet and my car was untouched in the morning. Worth knowing going in, not a reason to skip it. The room was basic but adequate: two beds, no real amenities, clean. We were on the second floor and it stayed nice and cool. The first floor felt noticeably warmer, so I'd request an upper floor in the summer. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, and waffles, which was a nice surprise. We had to leave a night early because of a schedule change. We'd prepaid both nights through Hotels.com and I didn't get a refund for the second night, though I wasn't requesting one — the front desk was courteous about it either way. Solid stay for the price. Recommend it.

Great room at a good price! Staff was excellent along with the morning breakfast.

I have stayed in Quality Inn at least once a month over the last year. This time was the first time that the quality was not good. Everything was fine but once I went to bed I woke up with a bite on my arm, then noticed it on my legs and back. I had to get up and sleep in the chair. The last few times I have stayed there it seems the place has not been as good as earlier in the year. I will have to give some serious thought to staying there again.

Nice place. Everything was great

This Quality Inn is a good place to stay after a tough day and a long trip! And the pool was a very welcome option! Real food for breakfast, too! I'll be back :)

Breakfast ending time too early

Very nice hotel. Great location.
-
The location was near the California border. The rooms met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The "omelettes" at breakfast were circular disks that probably came frozen and were just reheated on site.

There was a blade in the breakfast bowls with the sugar packets. All the doors in the hotel looked beat up and easy to break into. The bottom on the doors don’t have a seal so you can see in and out of the rooms. The ice machine was broken. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall of it is just over night no problems but the paint and doors need to be redone.

Breakfast was ok. Clean could be better but was not bad. Maybe do the clean more detailed.

Great location, outdated for sure, but still excellent to stay. Weird smell, maybe from people in the next room.
