It’s an old but recently renovated hotel with beautiful surroundings, truly amazing garden and the pool area. The hotel restaurant has beautiful outdoor area, and food is delicious. Staff at the restaurant is definitely exceeding expectations at their service skills. The rest of the staff, reception, bar, everyone is just on top of their tasks. It’s definitely hotel for peaceful and quiet vacation. It takes 10 minutes to the old town with the taxi.

Friendly staff. Very relaxing hotel with amazing garden. Amazing for a relaxing stay close to Zadar. Food in restaurant deserves Michelin star. Complimentary late check-out. No lifts in the hotel. Room decoration is pretty but not first quality.

Stiff beds, twin blankets

The beds were super uncomfortable

The staff was amazing. We were treated like family

I absolutely loved the atmosphere - it looked even better in person than online! I loved the complimentary drink upon arrival, and they even offered me and my husband a celebratory drink for our honeymoon! The breakfast buffet was exquisite, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend!

Good breakfast with rich selection of foods. Dining tables are set in a garden. The overall maintenance is poor and bits of negligence can be seen all around. SPA and Jim are actually located in the neighboring hotel. House keeping and room's cleaning are poor. The smells from the kitchen penetrate into the lobby and reception. The swimming pool is not clean enough. Too expensive, poor value for cost!

I loved it. My only reservation was the use of leaf blowers early in the morning. Not a happy wake up noise! See above

The property is excellently located and admirably Well kept - a true oasis for relaxation.

Absolutely awesome location. Out of the city but close enough to get there. Balcony on the water side made fur a good night sleep with the sound of the waves. The staff from check in to check out were super great people. Treated like family from the minute I walked in the door. This team is the best I’ve ever seen. This hotel needs to skip the 5 star rating and go straight to 6 stars !! The sauna area is super peaceful and more than well worth the time spent Even though there is no elevator in the hotel only 2 flights so stairs was not bad at all. Hard to tell when the jacuzzi jets would start and stop (on a timer I would guess)

Location and park The hotel was not yet prepared for the season; the outdoor terraces were not ready for guests, even though the weather was nice and there were guests sitting outside. The staff was friendly, but it was clear there were too few of them. The ventilation in the room was not working.

Quiet and pleasant surroundings, spacious and clean room
-
The location is peaceful, right next to the seashore. There is no elevator and connecting corridors are stuck in 2000. SPA & Fitness are in the other sister property and require 200m walk in the street. The communication with the hotel regarding reservation payment was unhelpful and scattered, as it was the check out and final bill settlement (for example, the card terminal did not work and the employee started to fuss around without a solution - we offered to pay in cash just to get out). Lunch boxes that we were given (a pale sandwich, banana and green apple) were closer to a hospital, than “hospitality” food.

The hotel staff was very nice, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was also good. Great opportunity to rent electric

The surrounding is beautiful (lots of greenery and proximity of the sea), the food exceptional (great sellection of salads, prosecco at breakfast, goat milk, a juicer with fresh fruit, vegan options). The atmosphere is very pleasant, calm and relaxing. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated. There is a large parking lot next to the hotel There is a kind of a stale scent in the room. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have its own spa. There is a pool and sauna in the neighbouring hotel, but it's a family hotel and very loud and hectic. Not ideal if you're looking for a relaxing time.
