Even though one of the main parts of this hotel is the offer for the kids, the inner play area is open only untill 21h, and the lock it down without leaving a chance for the kids to stay and play witouth the hotel animators. That leaves them only the option to play in with the slot machines, that are in bad shape and have to be paid for every game.

We had all inclusive and for that price not worth that money.

Ewrything was great. With partner agree, its the best hotel.

Location, ease of it all with kids aged 9-14. 3 boys were very happy. Access to food allowed for independence and freedom to enjoy there holiday. One of the pools had a lot of sea gulls in it. Access to basketball court was an extra cost and booking.

The food was great, and the sauna area with its regular rituals was a delightful experience. There was also plenty of entertainment for children, and the staff were nice. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The constant noise, emanating from all areas except the sauna, made it impossible to find a quiet spot on the beach or by the pool. The high season brought loud music, animations, and many small children. This location is likely not suitable for those seeking any degree of privacy.

The beds were not very comfortable

We had a room with sofa bed instead of bunkbeds and it was very uncomfortable. Our AC wasn't working, they had someone come fix it and then it kept leaking on the floor. The first night we were trying to go to the beach area that you need your card for and the gate in and out and it was broken.

Everything was great, big thumbs up for location, facilities and staff. We will definitely come again.

The rooms were a little cheap feeling: we came off season so I felt the value for what we paid was ok. But had I paid the regular price I might have been disappointed. We had to slam the hotel room dort for it to stay shut. The maids left it open twice bc it doesn’t latch easily. The plugs come out of the wall when you pull them. Just little things like that. It was very clean and we were comfortable enough: the sofa bed is a little hard but my 7 year old was ok on its There were some inaccuracies on Booking. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Also the spa is nudist. So, that was a deal breaker for me and my kids. The food was good. But it was standard hotel buffet food.

Overall, the hotel was very spacious. Lots to do there and a beautiful view. Right on the water which is hard to beat The food was average. I was expecting a lot more. Good variety but lacking in quality. I was in Croatia for 2 weeks at different hotels and this one was my least favorite, food wise. Also, the rooms were quite hot. I know Americans are spoiled with AC but even with the coldest temperature, my brother and I both had trouble sleeping both nights. We woke up sweating. Then we tried to open the door to get some air but that did not work either since the AC automatically turns off. Beds were decent but I was expecting a much more comfortable experience. I believe we must have had a handicap room. So even while trying our best to cover the shower, the toilet was so close to the shower. It was impossible not to get the toilet paper wet. Which was frustrating for the both of us.

The staff was very friendly, food was varied and plentiful. The room was big and the bed comfy. 1) extra bed for kids was very hard 2) the pool could be cleaner - there was some mold between tiles andfloating around - the waterslide was not working 3) the rooms are a bit run down, mold in the shower, locks that don't close. 4) the drinks are all generic brands, no aperol or things like that, the Hugo was good and I liked the white wine, though at dinner it was often warm. 5) the snack options were very limited, though we hardly had time between meals to enjoy. 6) children activities were very limited and hardly kept out 9 year old busy - eg. The escape room activity lasted 15 min.

Excellent staff, never seen before such kind and helpful staff. Very kind for kids. All meals, bar, and food were also good. Swimming pool water was not clear enough

Liked the overall atmosfere and simplicity, liked the food in hotel restaurant, all inclusive offering, value for money, room size, terrace with sea view, position by the beach, simple use of spa, ... Disliked odor in the room, we were in older part of hotel, it smelld like moist or mold. Room doors could not be properly shut. Lack of electric plugs in room.
