The bed was comfortable Our shower had chipped tiles and generally the décor needed work but for a night or two this hotel is fine

Loved the location- we could take the water taxi to Stari Grad Zadar (old town). Also, loved the space and cleanliness of the family room The air conditioner in our one room had a moldy smell- the main room Air conditioner unit was fine though.

The room didn't have windows

Everyone made me feel at home! Tomislava was the first person I met at reception and I adore her and all the staff. Thank you for being so kind!

Excellent location, close to the beach, relatively close to the center. Private parking. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. Everything was excellent. I have no complains. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer :-)

Breakfast was a little disappointing, there was hard boiled eggs that were impossible to peel and hotdogs for breakfast sausages. Far from the city center my GPS said 1 hour walk.

All the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The WiFi never worked. The room seemed very bare with missing desk chairs and very poor light fixtures. The refrigerator never got cold either.

I liked Hotel Marinko in Zadar for its free parking. **Booking.com Should Not Recommend Such a Terrible Hotel** I booked **Hotel Marinko in Zadar** through Booking.com, trusting the ratings and photos—but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. * The **shower is dangerous**—water switches suddenly between boiling hot and ice cold. I nearly burned myself. This is a serious safety hazard. * The **Wi-Fi is practically non-existent**. Constantly drops, painfully slow, and completely unreliable. * The **breakfast was miserable**—barely edible, extremely limited options, and definitely not worth waking up for. * The **staff seemed indifferent**, the room was outdated, and the overall property is poorly maintained. I strongly urge **Booking.com to review this listing**. Recommending such a substandard property damages trust. I rely on this platform to ensure a minimum quality standard—this hotel fell far below that. **Avoid at all costs. I regret booking this place.**

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The parking was great; we had a rental car and parking seems to always be a problem, but not here. The bathroom was so small, the toilet is in a little space beside the tiny shower; way too cramped. And the WiFi didn’t work in the room, you had to go out to a common area, and then it kept kicking me off and was so slow I just gave up. Basically no WiFi in my opinion.

The staff is great, extremely helpful and nice. The heater in the bathroom was rusty, the tap is not maintained properly. The towels were replaced despite the fact that I did not need them to be replaced, that’s harmful for the environment - lack of focus on environmentally friendly solutions. The breakfast setup is similar with those tiny butters with tons of packaging.

This hotel offers a basic service for a 1 night stay in Zadar. Comfortable beds & pillows. Free parking on site. Good breakfast served. Bathroom needs a good upgrade
