The location was amazing, right by the sea. They had great facilities and options for swimming and just hanging out at the beach. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. The owners and staff were welcoming, so kind, and friendly! A wonderful place to stay in Zadar. That we couldn’t stay longer!

We arrived at Villa Ivana to find the Owner waiting for us in the garden. He ensured we had parking and was ready to show us to our room. The room was beautiful, top-floor, amazing view of the bay and beach. The amenities in the room were extremely thoughtful, and the balcony was incredible. We sat outside and had coffee early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise. Understandably, our stay was later in the season (mid Oct), and we can only imagine staying longer during warmer weather to enjoy all the options (beach, water toys, garden, rooftop deck, etc). The hotel is pleasantly located right on the bay and has stunning views of the water and the city. We were able to easily drive to the walled city, catch an unforgettable crimson sunset, the Sea Organ, and grab an amazing dinner at Brusheta. Really enjoyed Zadar! Although our stay was brief, we felt incredibly welcome and enjoyed the hotel immensely. The bed was a little soft for our liking, but we were able to get a decent night's sleep. Also, initially had some street noise in the early evening. Ultimately, it quieted down, and the rest of the night and morning were very peaceful. I wanted to mention these, but also state that this didn't ultimately detract from our wonderful stay.

This B & B was absolutely delightful. It is owned by a wonderful family, who couldn't have been more helpful. The location was excellent, being literally across the road from the beach, and plentiful restaurants and other beaches within walking distance. The Old Town was walkable, if you are keen, but there are also plenty of options for shortcuts like the water taxi or the 'ferry boat man'. The room was spacious and tidy, and we looked directly out to the water and the Old Town. The facilities were great. They supplied everything you needed for the beach - towels, parasols, sun chairs, and even croc sandals to walk on the pebble beach. Marko was happy to organise any excursions and arrange an early morning taxi for our departure I highly recommend this B&B - Villa Ivana is a true gem. We loved that the whole family were involved, including the 93 year old grandmother, pottering in the garden! So glad we stayed here, instead of the Old Town - away from the cruise ship tourists. Definitely 10/10 No complaints!

Nice place right across the street from a public beach area, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance, AC worked well This is a family run place, kinda old (from the 80is) but clean and well maintained, parking is tight, AC split unit blows directly onto the bed, mattress is old,

We really enjoyed the room and the location. This was a one-night stay for us, but we would be happy to stay there for a longer time. It was easy to get to and parking was easy. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The balcony was large, with a table and chairs, and a wonderful, close view of the Adriatic, which was just across a very small street. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants. We had breakfast on-site, and it offered something for everyone; fresh fruit, cooked eggs, meat, cheese, a variety of bread, coffee, tea, juice. The host and his family were welcoming and helpful. Internet was good.

Across the street from the beach... They supply what you need to lay near the water as you look over at the old town. Very clean facilities and owners super friendly.

Great Location with lovely views, really peaceful but with bars and restaurants nearby. Welcoming hosts and well appointed spacious studio apartment just across the road from the beach.

Location is perfect if you want to visit Zadar. It is near to the city, but not so much that parking gets a problem. Also, the owners have told us about a trick to reach the city quickly and that worked very well and got a part of our visit things to remember. Also in front of the beach, just across the road. For even a quick bath, if you wish. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very quiet. The bathroom was ample. All the people managing the hotel (three generations) were very kind and friendly, giving very useful advices about what and how to visit in Zadar. Breakfast was very tasty, rich and good in the garden under the shade. When in Zadar again, I would happily return here. Nothing!

Location was excellent just across road from a stoney beach . The b&b provided sun loungers, beach towels and even crocs to wear when going in swimming in the crystal clear waters. The owner family were very nice friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend. Price for the week could have been a bit cheaper we thought.

The old town is a bit far.

The location is amazing, just on the seashore. The host family is very helpful. The room is spacious enough and the balcony view is brilliant.
