Independently owned small hotel with a very professional staff. Amenities were wonderful. great on-site restaurant open all day & night, great for meeting people and /or an easy meal. Great quality food too. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Great air conditioned rooms. Excellent place.

Front desk clerk - Joseph, was fantastic. Upgraded our room to a corner room with a balcony. Hotel is in a great location in which to walk to old town and to see the famous sunset. Parking was right in front of the hotel and very easy to access. No complaints
-
the location is perfect and the staff is lovely. very clean, modern and comfortable as well. the breakfast was also spectacular! the rooms are a bit spartan; definitely everything you need but minimalist
-
The location is not very walkable to tourists spots.

Loved the luxurious feel, incredible food and breakfast, and excellent location!

I enjoyed my stay. It’s close to the city center—slightly removed, but better than staying right in the center, which can be chaotic. The distance and walk are completely manageable. The breakfast was varied, with additional options available to order beyond the buffet. We were warmly welcomed and were able to check in earlier than usual, which was great.

Good location. Near bus station and walking distance to old town. Big windows. Too expensive for what you get. It is like a 3-star hotel equivalent or less.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and nicely furnished. Parking was easy and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the Miramare hotel.

Everything. We got an auto upgrade to a superior room with a balcony. Had a beer out there after eating the best burger of our lives in their restaurant. It’s the sauce. We had a salad & buttered pasta that was great also. The following morning we had delicious oatmeal with honey, milk, chia seeds, mixed fruit & a sprig of mint. We met the owners & they are personable. Comfy linens & bed. Good tv channels with some English speaking—rare in this area. Can’t think of anything.

Friendly & helpful staff, nice clean lobby & restaurant. The breakfast was affordable & very good. You can eat at the buffet and also order freshly made eggs etc. Also great if you just want to stop by for a glass of wine at the bar. The room itself was a little small and basic. Bathroom was okay but we couldn't use the heated towel warmer as the hotel stated the heat wasn't on yet. The open style shower also essentially soaks the entire bathroom floor if you aren't careful. Parking is on-site but the hotel is a pretty far walk from old town (like 15 minutes one way) and area surrounding the hotel is eh. However if you walk along the beach/park, it is very nice.

Very clean, nicely updated property with a great location. Close to sea and old town. Many outstanding amenities. Great breakfast with hot options available. We like the property very much.

I traveled with an elderly mobility challenged aunt. Having a grab bar in the shower would have been liked

The property was great. Very clean and modern. My kids loved the pool. The staff was always there to help and polite. The breakfast was good. I would recommend it for sure. It is very close to the beach. Nothing

The staff was great. Very helpful with suggestions on things to see and where to eat. The owner met us every morning at breakfast and greeted all his customers and thanked us for coming. He suggested a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was very nice but it would have been nice to have real coffee instead of percolated coffee. We had to pay extra for cappuccino and expresso, because the coffee was not good. All other food was fresh and had nice choices.
-
There was no proper coffee machine in the room, and to make matters worse, at breakfast we were told we’d need to pay extra for a cappuccino. At these rates, being charged for a simple coffee is frankly ridiculous. When we raised this with a waitress, her response — “I just work here” — said it all about the level of service and accountability. The minibar was another disappointment, with none of the complimentary drinks you’d expect from a hotel charging this much. While the receptionist was polite and understanding when we raised our concerns, that doesn’t change the fact that the experience fell far below what you should get for the price. For the cost of this stay, this hotel was hugely disappointing and not one we would recommend or return to.
-
I would recommend to add more shades on the front terrace because in the afternoon it is very sunny and can't stay for a drink.

We liked it all
