The hotel was wonderful as well as the staff! Parking was made so simple, location was perfect , breakfast was very good, room exceptionally comfortable ( and no stairs?). Best was our concierge! She was so patient with all our questions and gave us excellent dinner advice . Also liked our bartender ! Highly recommend for a stay in Zadar ! Nothing

I think we like the location the most. It was very convenient for visiting the old town It was also very convenient to have the parking next-door to the hotel although we found it to be quite expensive at 25-euro per night We found the breakfast to be adequate, good quality food, but limited selection more offerings would’ve been the right call We found the room looked a bit tired, the carpet needed changing The bedding and linen should be upgraded significantly if they want to call the hotel a four star

Location in old town and very walkable. Near the historic sites. Clean and comfortable. Rooms a bit cramped but had all the amenities. Staff was helpful. Air con worked well. Robes in room were too small and lighting a bit dim.

The front desk staff that we encountered was rude. Scolded us for getting a drink out of the refrigerator in the breakfast common area. It was just this one staff member but did not get his name.

Our room door didn't latch properly so one day it was left open by accident.

Excellent location First floor room with people walking by, also it can get very loud with people sitting at the restaurant outside.

The staff were great, warm and welcoming. The hotel was conveniently located in old town and close the marina. We loved the location and how close the hotel was to everything we would like to explore. The breakfast was good. Nothing!
