The apartment was excellent with an awesome Balcony that gave you a view of the Adriatic Sea (Just hahahaha). Seriously it was great to sit on the balcony and have coffee, food and just relax in Croatia. Definitely it makes the room awesome! The family was exceptionally friendly and proactive to give insights about the local area, restaurants and things to do, they really gave a warm welcome and left a welcome drink for you. The shared refrigerator, although it was divided and every room had their own box it would be nice to have a small fridge in each room, I think there is space in each room. That being said we did use the shared fridge and it served our needs.

Anika was very welcoming and helpful. She brought us bread and cheese on our first night, gave us a map and recommended spots in town. Just need to bring conditioner (shampoo and shower gel are provided)

Anika & Vesna are lovely and were really helpful. The room was clean and comfy. As well, the view was nice from ‘our’ balcony. We have enjoyed our stay here :)!

Such a beautiful place in a good part of the ciry , close to restaurants , cafe , supermarket..etc Mrs. Anika was the best host, she cares about the smallest details, the place is clean and tidy, the smell of flowers and cleanliness everywhere, and I do not forget the generous hospitality and the interesting conversation with her, and the useful advice, I felt that I was visiting one of my favorite relatives, I did not want to leave .. I will come back with my family someday

Annika was an amazing host that provided some food and drink for our stay alongside fresh towels! More importantly she offered great advice on nearby places to go and offered help getting used to travelling Zadar by providing an annotated map! Honestly one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! Annika speaks good English Croatian and German as does her daughter Vesna who was always available to lend a helping hand should you struggle for transport or have any questions!
