Hotel Fala

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights of was definitely the breakfast. The room was spotless, comfortable, well maintained. Especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by the entire team. This hotel clearly values its guests and goes the extra mile to create a memorable experience.

Kind of difficult to navigate a car to, but it is a convenient location to bus line into the center and also easy drive to airport. Parking lot shared with car repair service, so I wasnt sure where to park.

Breakfast was good, good place to stay for one night

Since we only stayed there for 1 night it was fine. Breakfast was really good. The girl on the reception was very informative and guide us trough to make the most during our short stay

Dated bathroom

Location was perfect and the free parking is huge adventage.

Location, clean, comfort, very good for that price

Unfortunately, this was one of the worse experiences I’ve had in a hotel. The blinds didn’t work, so the room was lit up all night. The pipes were dripping loudly and making noise, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room. Cleanliness was a plus…

The staff were very polite and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant from the start. The accommodation itself was decent, clean, and comfortable. Considering the price, the overall quality is very good. The location is also satisfactory and convenient. A solid choice for the money. The only minor issue was a faint drain smell in the bathroom from time to time.

Not very close to the old town

Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Really great staff. The smell of the air freshener is positively overwhelming. We had to open the windows.

The bathroom door was broken

During our one-night stay, we found the rooms to be clean and spacious. The staff was helpful, and we appreciated the free room upgrade we received. What stood out was their generosity: we were offered complimentary cakes and coffee despite not having opted for breakfast. A quick note on access: The hotel does not have an elevator. The hotel does not have an elevator.

It was on high floor n no elevator. Good thing receptionist helped us carry our big luggages up and down the winding stairs. The 2 single beds way too small n bath room is very tiny. Not much amenities!

They have a 24h-reception with the best, friendliest receptionist! Very much recommended if you want a relaxing stay in Zagreb. You can also get great home-made white wine in the evenings, and there are kiwis growing on the terrace!

The hotel was very basic but close to the airport and a great value for one night. The staff allowed me to check in late after my late flight. Very basic small room. The window opens to the hallway, not to outside.

One of the rooms had windows on the avenue, you can't cancel the noise of traffic... Other rooms were fine.

Very friendly and super helpful reception. Guaranteed parking and full breakfast. Center within walking distance. Quiet room with air conditioning.
