I had paid for my room prior to checking in. When I got home I had a $68.00 charge from the hotel on my charge card. If it was for breakfast we told the clerk that we did not want breakfast and we did not eat. Please provide a refund

The front desk staff was extremely kind and very well trained to treat a guess. The went far and beyond to serve our needs. Nothing great property to stay. I highly recommend it.

I requested a quite room and was upgraded to 10th floor a specious room parking a bit expensive Location was far from down town 30min walk Breakfast was poor many items no taste, 5 kind of cheese but not good taste I ordered cheese burger from Room service was very very bad couldn’t eat

The lobby can get pretty busy when they have sports teams or conferences, but the staff is very attentive and mindful of the guests.

Big and comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed. A Nespresso machine is available in the room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Overall, a very business-oriented hotel. The hotel is quite far from the city center. Although the breakfast was good, it was always the same each day. The food was also very similar between lunch and dinner. The rooms were very warm, and I had to keep the windows open continuously even though it was February.

Close to the city, easy walking distance. Option of super cheap public parking. The hotel is quite warm, and for overall comfort and energy efficiency, I would suggest reducing the heating throughout the hotel by a few degrees. I also noticed that many guests were keeping their windows open, myself included. If possible, I would suggest organizing the smoking area a bit better, as there are only two tables, which are usually occupied in "eating" hours.
