Hotel Jägerhorn

The check in process went smoothly and allowed to check in early. The breakfast was stellar compared to other hotels. While it's a little less modern, it has a nice aesthetic to it. Would like USB for charging but that's just feedback. It's not a huge issue but nice to have for travelers.

Prime location, best value for money.

Location is great . Room was a great size with many suitcases. Bed was very comfortable Breakfast was nice . We didn’t like the parking situation. It is further from the hotel and we had to drag our many suitcases in a heat , on a rough road . Hotel should offer transportation. The internet is on and off constantly. Tv was not working. Tried to watch soccer but couldn’t, the screen froze down a million times. The staircase carpet is dirty / old .

The location was perfect and while in a pedestrian zone, the hotel offered free parking nearby. The staff went out of their way to help us even helping us get our luggage up the steps to our rooms. We had an early check out and staff arranged for breakfast boxes and coffee and juice. All in all a great experience. I liked everything about this property

Great location and good breakfast. Sometimes too noisy at night from people outside hotel interrupting my sleep.

Lovely breakfast, location in Lower Town very close to main attractions, walking distance to most things. Loved the history of the old hotel which is completely refurbished but maintains its history. The courtyard in back was lovely for drinks and breakfast. Many shops nearby if that is your interest and street car is right outside the door. Reception staff were very helpful. Thank you Frommer for this recommendation! Car parking not available as this is a pedestrian only area.

Location and staff were great It was old , not a lot of amenities to reflect the new world order

No elevator

We were traveling with our teenage daughter. The room and living area were plenty big for the three of us. The location was terrific and the garden was a beautiful spot to have breakfast. Nothing!

The location was great. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. Breakfast lots of options and patio quaint. great lattes made by staff. hotel needs updating: carpet, aircon, furnishing shows wear. beds could be more comfortable

Lovely place in a great location for walking around and exploring the city and the old town. Also very quiet while still being right in the city.
