Hotel Laguna

Hotel did not have elementary needful things like champoo, tv, breakfast (I thought it was included), room service dud not changed sheets etc.

Only the staff are so friendly and the breakfast is so good. Because the entire airconditioned are not working so i didnt sleep at night and i have to book and go to another hotel to sleep.

Tehre is available aircondition and we ask for electric fan there is no available.. at night it is so very hot.

Naturally, this is a very cheap hotel, so expectations shouldn't be high. This was the first time I have ever booked a hotel without reading the reviews - big mistake. However, cleanliness is the bare minimum to be expected. The first room I was given, I had to ask to be moved - the toilet seat was broken, the bed was filthy (hair & stains on the bed covers)... I almost left the hotel but was only in town for a conference, and only there to sleep, so asked to be moved to another room, which I was. The bed was clean, at least. The bathroom was still full of mould. Windows with signs on asking you not to open because it will probably fall down... breakfast was... sad. The hotel is in complete disrepair. Open vents above the bar with wires hanging out, and whatever you do, don't use the lobby toilets, sticky floors and the smell of a downtown public bathroom. if price is your reason for booking, it is cheap, and location is good, that's about all. I don't recommend it. Other reviews will attest to this. If you do book - good luck!

Unfortunately, it was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or dusted for a long time, and the stains were still there. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed sheets, although I’m not even sure about that. I won’t even start talking about the bathroom , it was clearly not cleaned. The toilet flush was broken, and I had to struggle several times just to get it working. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience for me, unfortunately.

For my whole stay the AC was not working. The tv needs to be change as the picture fades.

The location, breakfast and the parking The heating in my room on the 3rd floor didn’t kinda work. Also, there was a football team of kids who were screaming and running until midnight. Even after calling the receptionist 2 times, who warned them and their coach they went back to their screaming and running around. Imagine how they play football when the coach can not control them in the hotel. As a hotel I would simply fine people for not behaving well l. If their were fined 1000 euros for this, the next time the coach would try harder to keep them in line.

Friendly and hospitable stuff Hotel completely worn out and outdated - needs a serious refurbishment and complete reconstruction. Rooms - worn out carpets, lousy blanket/matres/pillows, CRT TV set, no functional window shades Bathroom - outdates and badly maintained tiles, water remaining in the sink, not proper drainage, no bathroom amenities Room door - no security lock, not soundproof, not sealing from corridor odors and noise Dis-functional elevators Looby and reception worn out and outdates, no modern amenities Breakfast - poor choice of dishes/foods, bad condition of inventory

Friendly and easygoing staff. Check in and check out process was smooth and quick. Hotel is outdated, but clean and functional. Staff is kind and professional. Small shower bathtub for grown/larger man.

Hotel and furniture is quite old - probably from Yugoslavia time. But despite that fact, you don't "smell anything old" :) Furniture is basic, bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Location is about 2 km from the centre - easily achieved by tram. For unexpected night stays, it is totally fine. Breakfast was typical - basic stuff, but very tasty! Basically you get enough for the price you pay.

Unless you want a tiny, dirty, unclean room with wire-mattress in the ugliest neighbourhood - this one’s for you. Bonus - the walls are so thin that you can hear someone on the opposite side breathe, flush the toilet, talk to shower running.

Breakfast but it was very avarage No hot water in the shower, tap water was very bad Beds blankets and pillows were also very bad, the hotel soap/shower gel had a smell of a ethanol, very overpriced hotel for what it gives i would not recommend it to anyone not even my biggest enemy
