The bathroom was very small, it was difficult to move. There was not tea in the room.

The staff at reception was always kind and helpful. Informed of my disability, they helped me get my heavy bags up the stairs. Despite being on a stroad, it was actually pretty quiet when I was there and there's plenty of greenery. There's a restaurant next door. You can also get a view of the railroad museum next door, although it isn't open at the moment. For those who can walk, it's a doable walk to the main train station. FYI: Not the fault of the hotel, but there are no wheelchair-accessible ways across the railroad tracks without a long detour. Not even via public transit. This forces expensive taxi rides for mobility aid users or those with heavy wheeled luggage they cannot lift.

Great breakfast for 10 euro. Great receptionist who went out of her way to help us with an insurance problem. She made our stay that much more worthwhile

The room was the perfect size. As a solo traveler, I was originally concerned the accommodation would be too big or too small, but it was actually the perfect size! The location was great too! It was only a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to tram stops. The staff was also super nice! I accidentally forgot to check out when it was time to, so a staff member knocked at the door. I sincerely apologized for overstaying by an hour or two, and the person was very understanding. Would stay here again!!

"From the outside, it looks like an abandoned house. Things seemed fine once you reached the reception, but if you look to the left or right, the corridors are pitch black even during the day. The lights only flicker on when they sense motion. As you walk to the elevator at the end of the hall, you pass rooms on both sides; however, between each room is a huge mirror with a chair placed directly in front of it, which makes the whole place feel really eerie. The room has very dim lighting.

The room was graet, the location is good. The price of the room is high, that's why it's not nessery to pay for the parking

Location is good. Only few minutes walking from hotel there is a tram station. Main bus station and main train station are only 10 minutes of walk from hotel also. There is a restaurant right near main entrance. They have daily lunch offer for acceptable prices and food is really good. Room were clean, staff is polite. Wifi is good and fast.
