The whole stay was incredibly well organized. The staff was wonderful, everything was taken care of. The facilities were great as well. The opening hours of the baths were very good and fitting too.

The staff were all accommodating and the experienced felt very personalized. I could feel the traditional omotenashi service I rarely feel in ryokans in Tokyo nowadays.

Set in the peaceful TogattaOnsen, a very rural town. The area is easier to explore by car. The food was unbelievably good, we did half board, enjoying both breakfast and dinner Japanese style. The service was excellent, all the staff were so helpful, even with my limited Japanese. If you want a relaxing place, this is it, they have both public and private baths available (private is extra cost).

The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. The food was a delicious collection of the local ocean's best and the service excellent and friendly. We had an amazing time there, especially for a first stop on our Japan journey. Thank you! :D

It's truly on me, but I didn't like how far it was to my activities planned for this trip; the taxi service not running on the checkout date didn't help either, but that's not on the Ryokan
