The hotel was large and beautiful, and totally not what I was expecting. The staff were welcoming but my dog’s insecurities scared them a bit because my dog was scared (new place he’s never been). I thought the hotel had a sauna, but nobody told me where it was located. I also wish I had a coffee pot in my room because there was none anywhere nearby that was open that early in the morning. I could not get a coffee before 6 AM, even just slightly after 6 AM. I could not get any coffee, unless I drove down to the gas station. I think having coffee on demand in the rooms would make it 100 times better. The telephone also did not work in the apartment, so I could not call the desk and ask about any of the above.

The hotel is in a good location in the city close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The breakfast was okay. We would have liked more hot breakfast options.

Location and view of the Mosel The Sauna was not on and the hotel has a slight smoke smell. Needs some updating.

Location was fabulous. The view from the room was stunning. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great. Glass wall of shower leaves entire bathroom in view of the room. Perhaps a shower curtain covering the glass would assist with that.

The space was huge and so well decorated. We had two balconies and the bathroom is huge and so comfortable The bed was not so good
