Power was iffy and had a circuit breaker go off. For cooling I was provided a fan with exposed wires that broke the circuit and killed power for the whole room. Window was covered in foil to block light. Shower curtain let water all over the bathroom floor.

Okay for the price, it’s small but functional , the big mirrors in the hallway is kinda cool There’s a fridge but doesn’t work ? the shower curtain is a bit of a struggle so you’ll have to really be thoughtful in the shower or you’ll have to clean some waters on the floor. There’s no glass or anything you can use so be aware. But other than that it’s alright ?

The first room had a cigarette smell, a broken roller shutter, and was only changed after I requested it several times. Even more disappointing, although I requested an iron before my arrival and reminded the staff every single night, it was never delivered despite repeated promises.

The place smelled bad, and my room was dirty as well. There was no ventilation at all, and despite it being 37°C in Zurich, they didn’t even provide a small fan or offer any kind of solution. It wasn’t just my room, either. Another guest showed me hers because she couldn’t believe how dirty it was. There was makeup on the bedsheets, the bathroom was full of trash, and there was food left on the desk. Other people I met in the hallway were also complaining about the same issues. I definitely don’t recommend staying here. It’s not even one of the cheaper places to book, so you’re paying a premium for a very poor experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stayed there for 3 nights with 3 children and 1 infant. Super hot weather; no facilities were available to cool down the room temperature after a request provided 1 fan and we had 3 rooms to sleep which were like boiling, I have 2 apartments booked 1 I got on time, and 2nd was not meet the check-in time, most of the facilities were broken and not usable; no shower curtains in the bathroom; the washroom sink was blocked; water stayed for ages; some sort of smell that goes off easily stuck on your respiratory system. Tried to appeal for any assist but didnt went very well. Waste of money and stay.

Very dirty entrance. No Air Conditioner. Mattress uncomfortable. Broken fridge. Everything.

I wasn't able to check in until the day following my check in date because there was no key available. I had to go to another hotel across the street and pay a high price. They made no attempt to refund me for the day I was unable to check in. Also the AC didnt work and it was hot as hell.

Several advertised amenities were also problematic. The iron provided could not be used because it had the wrong plug type, the shower holder was broken, and the lift to the fifth floor appeared to be in poor condition. We left the property without staying because it did not provide a reasonable standard of comfort or service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Over priced for the facility

It was the worst stay I've ever encountered in my travels so far! The building itself is dirty, dirty sheets and garbage bags haging around on the ground of each floor. There was even garbage in the elevator. The room was smelly the first time I entered it, bathroom the same. The room was very cold, took a day and a half for some heat to kick in. The bed itself had 2 joined matresses, from which one was sticking out, who were very lumpy. I also booked a dermatology appointment next week, as I have itchy skin from the bed linnen. The bathroom had a damp and stink smell to it, there were no soap or shower gel and the towels were crusty and old. Overall, the worst experience I've ever had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Better make an effort and pay more.

Great location, good value, responsive staff. Cleanliness ok, except the hallway was dirty all the time. We had problems in the bathroom, the shower hose was leaking and the sink was clogged. But they fixed it the next day. Hallway was always dirty. Strange smell in the building.
