Very good location, close to tram station, as well center of the city. Hotel was full and yet very quiet. Breakfast also was good. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially with helping us with trips suggestions and payments. I noticed some guests complained about ac. Our ac was working very fine. Only complaint is room was small.

Nothing During check-in, approximately two hours after the official check-in time, we were given a key card that opened an occupied room containing another guest’s personal belongings. This was a serious security and privacy breach caused entirely by the hotel. When we returned to reception, instead of receiving an immediate apology or an explanation, we were treated rudely and told to wait. Staff even questioned why we had entered the room, despite the fact that the key had been given to us by the hotel. The incident was not formally documented, and no incident report was made.

the breakfast was really good. The position was quite comfortable you need only a bus to reach the Center and the Station The swimming pool is only for playing but it's very small and it is not enough deep

None I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Before our arrival, I informed the hotel that my daughter has a severe disability, uses a wheelchair, and requires a suitable accessible room. I also requested that our family rooms be located next to each other because she depends entirely on us for her daily needs. Despite my advance message, my daughter was not provided with a room that properly met her needs, and our rooms were placed far apart. This caused our family considerable difficulty, discomfort, and stress. The reception staff were also uncooperative and showed very little empathy or genuine willingness to help. Their manner felt cold and unwelcoming, and even their smiles appeared forced and insincere. I expected much better service, compassion, and accessibility from Crowne Plaza. Unfortunately, this stay left us feeling that my daughter’s needs, comfort, and dignity were not taken seriously. Khalid Alotaibi
