Hotel is very nice, Staff were amazing from front desk to the bistro. Rooms are very smart and big enough for our family.

Nothing other than the room is on 10th floor. Everything - 1. While checking in the receptionist asked me submit my credit card to keep for hold in case of any damage. Where it was never mentioned in our booking contract. If it would have been then I wouldn't have chosen this hotel in first place. 2. While checking in they said there's sky lounge, fitness and sauna on 15th floor. So, one evening we tried to go to sky lounge and our card didn't work. So, went to ask at the reception. First question the receptionist asked - "what's your membership status?". How arrogant, no manners at all to be a receptionist. Not explaining that it's a members only lounge. When we specifically asked still never gave any straight answer. Disgusting, customer service. 3. The day we are checking out in the morning 9 o'clock the house keeping comes knock on the door and asked when we are leaving. Another rude behavior. Then after 45 minutes she directly comes in the room without any knocking. What a unwelcoming behavior. 4.The coffee machine didn't work in the room and the cups were never cleaned. So, in short if you want feel worthless after paying 300€ per night hotel stay then go ahead and book it. Otherwise it's worst Marriott experience so far.

Rooms were comfortable in general, especially the beds. Dinner was good and good buffet selection for breakfast. Bathroom was not properly cleaned, really slippery. Slipped on my way into the shower and slipped IN the shower because there wasn't a proper shower mat. Unacceptable safety hazard, otherwise a fine stay.

For our mission, efficiency and comfort were essential. The Executive King Suite featured a contemporary work environment, while the serene Club Lounge provided breakfast with panoramic views.
