We could keep our luggage for almost 10 hours after we checked out. That was a big relief for us. The staff were helpful. Fatou at the reception and Jharna at breakfast were really helpful. Only one small window and nothing to see outside.

Hospitality of the hotel staff, good breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, accessibility to public transport (trams from Schiffbau). Small shower area with difficult access.

I stayed first time in Ibis chain of hotels and it does not meet our expectations. Stay was not comfortable especially when you are living with family
