Near the tram stop station

Basic comfort room for value, good enough for one night. The bunk bed above the double bed, the way it has been designed, I kept bumping my head against the bunk bed. Atleast 5 times I must have bumped my head. There needs to be a padding or something.

The location was very convenient for the bus. It was 7 minute walk to the bus stop going to Eiffel Tower and most of the tourists spots. They are 3 minutes walk away from the Metro Station which is good. Nearby grocery stores and markets are very close. Peggy, the contact of the apartment, was very nice. She answers all our calls and concerns. The kitchen stuff is complete enough to cook our meals. The apartment needs more updating, the toilet flush broke, the shower and the sink don't drain properly. We went this July 2026 and it was very hot inside the apartment, It's hard to relax after a long walks outside. No AC in the apartment, which they have to mention that in their postings, so the customers are aware. They've provided fans but it gives very low on air. It makes us uncomfortable in sleeping, we have to open the windows to make the air cool. The sheets look like they were not washed. The floor under the bed was so dusty, I think they didn't clean a day before our stay.

Clean, Modern & simply style. Close to public transport (tram) to Zurich Central. You need to walk 200 m to go to Convenience store. Coffee & tea are available in common room. Separate shower & toilet. Difficult to manage towel & clothes while you’re doing shower.

Nothing One of the worst hotels The room is very tiny for two people… the car parking door did open I had to walk two times to the reception to open the gate to the parking… we asked for an iron and an iron board and they told us to take your clothes and iron in the lobby in front of everybody in the hotel … the shower has little privacy inside the room … overall I will never stay there ever again

Overall it was not bad. Public transportation is very nearby. No food stores or restaurants in vicinity. Commode is very high.

Great location; good breakfast The rooms were somewhat spartan: few hangers to hang clothes, hardly any space a put our stuff. Biggest issue: no outlets near our night stands.

The staff were exceptionally polite and responsive, especially Maya, who kindly accommodated my early check-in. I really appreciated being able to take a shower and rest before an important meeting later that day. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Shower water is so weak and water temperature fluctuates a lot, very easy get burn. There is no water pressure, a big hole designed on the shower door, and water never came out, amazing!!

My family and I got breakfast twice and it was good. The building itself is clean and decent looking. The room was comfortable and perfect for sleeping and being gone all day. The price is good for what you get. There is nothing I did not like. Everything was decent. I recommend it if you are going to Switzerland for a few days and don't want to spend too much on the hotel.

And no shuttle available as promised by the staff we have flight this morning at 10:10 and they would not take us They said they did not have a shuttle Even though the booking . Com stated there was I called hotel they also said they do They gave me wrong addresses. We went to three different places. Confusing I would like a refund. We also told him we were too handicapped individuals who needed assistance with our luggage Not given or provided

Staff at front desk was very friendly and supportive. Bathroom is inadequate.
