Untimely closure of the swimming pool due to weather conditions. That was the main reason to book this hotel.

Everything is perfect

The hotel's concept is amazing. It has well-equipped facilities (pool, gym, sauna, yoga, etc.), and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff always made sure everything went smoothly.

Weekend bruch was great, quality food, quality tea and cofee products and fresh-squeezed juice were a huge plus. Room was satisfactory and I also liked the overall design of the entire hotel. I'd definitely come back again.

Wonderful hotel, quirky design, large rooms. The hotel created “just like home” look and feel. Located in front of a tram stop, less than 10 mins to get to the old town. Quiet at night, very warm atmosphere during the evening. Excellent fresh breakfast

The location of the property and the amazing breakfast Didn’t had a view from my room but it’s okay I guess

The POOL! Location! Complicated to maneuver with the public transport.

My default place to stay in Zurich during work trips. I strongly prefer the rooms with a "square" layout. I found it very practical and well thought through. The breakfast is excellent; I recommend ham from the cutting machine.

We were pleasantly surprised by what we got for what we paid! Zurich is expensive and this was the only place we found in our budget and it came with everything - incredibly helpful staff, a private room with a FREE, RE-STOCKABLE minibar, a swimming pool, huge lounge, and on-site shop. It's a short and easy bus ride to the train station, from there the city is easily walkable, and our room had everything we could have needed during our stay. My only complaint would be that the room doesn't have strong lighting so it does remain rather dim regardless of the time of day, and our room was cleaned even though we didn't request it.

It’s an amazing place to stay. Maybe, could be better the instructions to take the tranvia for the first time you arrive as new tourist in the city.

The hotel charged me different price than the booking price so please take care of this, everything else was okay

Everything, what a nice hotel

excellent breakfast buffet for CHF25, which is cheap for Zurich. good selection of hot and cold items. You can even make your own waffles and order eggs they way you like them with the exception of no poached eggs available :( They have a hand operated Prosciutto slicing machine which is safe to use and you can have as much as you like. High quality prosciutto too! The smoked salmon deserves a mention to as it was of the highest quality and unexpectedly fantastic for a breakfast buffet in a 3/4 star hotel. Easy ride by tram into the city center with a stop right outside the hotel. we had dinner in their Italian restaurant one night and it was also excellent and not overpriced. They also had a complimentary electric Volvo that guest could book for the day for free, which was an excellent little promotion for Volvo and the hotel. The breakfast bacon was not crispy/cooked enough even when we tired to get it more cooked, and the cheese selection on the breakfast buffet was lacking a bit, but this is a minor area of improvement needed of an overall outstanding brekkie selection. It would be a good idea to also have Swiss wines on the wine list and not just Italian, even though it is an Italian restaurant. we had troubles finding a nice Italian wine that we liked on the list.

Staff was great. Facilities were clean. Only gripe is the carpet in the room. Had a smell to it
