Superb rooms and service

The location is simply the best, everything is close, very good restaurants near by, close to the station and not to mention the amazing river view. Our room was clean and spacious. The WiFi worked pretty well. The terrace is very nice to have some drinks and food with a very nice view of the neighborhood. The breakfast is just ok. With a buffet and à la carte egg options. In the last day of our stay they forgot our eggs and we had to leave without eating them because the taxi was already waiting. The fitness / gym is quite small and hot inside.

Location was good and the hotel is small but very cute. Reception staff especially the concierge team and both Adrian and a girl I think called Alottie were both very good. Breakfast was good and the staff even though they were young at breakfast were very service minded and always welcoming. Comfortable bed. Good AC in the room. The category booked on this website is called family city 2 bedroom but in fact it is just 2 normal connecting rooms , and the category under the same name on their own website is much bigger. We were dissapointed after being told to look at their website for floor plans just to realise when we arrived we were having 2 much smaller rooms. I complained and Adrian and another reception girl handled my complaint very well whilst the Front office manager Philip didnt handle it well at all and had a very bad attitude and no service skills at all. So that did dampen our stay but the rest of the staff made up for it the days afterwards. I am still hoping the hotel will take my advice and change the category names to avoid more confusions in the future and perhaps train their management team on how to handle unhappy customers better. Also not enough wardrobe space or hanging space in the bedroom sadly.

Fantastic location and beautiful property! The staff were amazing - very attentive and helpful making dinner reservations, recommending sites, and arranging taxi accommodation to the airport. The road construction was very loud when we arrived but stopped early enough to not bother when we were in the room after dinner. This is understandably an issue out of the hotel’s control.

The location is unbeatable. Fantastic in house restaurant, the breakfast is amazing. Love the rooftop bar and sister restaurant Alex across the lake by a boat ride is another highlight. Cleanliness is top notch, service staff is too notch. We would love to come back again. The bathroom and room is a little on the small side granted this is a city hotel. As there is only 1 lift, it can be crowded or difficult to get the lift.

Location When we checked in at 6:20 p.m., our room was still not ready. The staff did not inform us of the delay in advance and showed little regard for our time. This was particularly frustrating as we were on our way to an important meeting. To be clear, we did not receive any apology, compensation, or acknowledgment from the hotel regarding this situation. Also, construction site is on the bridge very close to the hotel and it’s noisy from very early morning.

Excellent location, corner room was outstanding. Views were excellent. Staff was incredibly helpful. Even assisted in buying train ticket. You get what you pay for and it was more than worth it. Can’t wait to go back!
