A historical hotel right in the middle of Zürich with tons of restaurants nearby and beautiful streets to walk around. The facilities were pristine, the staff was lovely and the AC worked wonderfully!

Electrical socket for charging cellular phone was in very inconvenient location. Breakfast was very poor quality

Location, good a/c and double glazing on windows. Rooms just a tad above basic with no frills, no fridge, no supplementary lighting for desk, no closed wardrobe. Tiny bath. Three elevators, all confusingly linked to actual floor levels. Below par breakfast for this class of establishment.

Very unique and beautiful place in the old town! Loved the reception/ lobby which has a shared fridge for keeping groceries and truly excellent coffee making facilities. Great for someone who may need some space to work. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I loved it and would stay again. The room was slightly slanted. This was a minor issue that just needed a moment of realization.

Location is in the heart of Old Town, very convenient to restaurants and for exploring the area. Staff were very helpful and polite. The washroom in the room does not have a door lock, but it's very minor.
