A lovely comfortable room, which was cool despite the 30+ degrees. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast - a great range (including eggs/avocado and hot drinks prepared to order). N/A

Location and staff were super helpful Whist the location was great the noise from trams was not great. That, the aircon was a portable and had to have the window open for the air conditioning tube to be ventilated out. Instead of a permanently installed Aircon.

Near Tram stasion, 12 minutes walk from Zurich DB main Train stasion. No kettle available. No sitting area in Reception . Morning shift reception smile, evening shift no smile at all

Helpful stuff, nice design and a good shower. Very small rooms with no luggage space and the mobile air conditioning requires leaving one window open, which lets in some outside noise.
