Is very good hotel with the amazing location

A wonderful hotel! The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is very polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms are clean, elegant, and luxurious, making the stay truly comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Too small rooms for the standard ones, it's way too far from the main building, you wouldnt even fele you are in Five. This is only good if you are on the main building.

The ambiance. Premises are beautiful with original design. Great food. We tried Japanese restaurant. Great dj at the evening. While booking you should indicate which room is located in which wing. The new building is at distance from the main one. If i would know might be put some extra money to stay in the main

Location only decent thing, close to suburban train station to downtown, in leafy suburb, close to Uetliberg hiking area. Main hotel is probably OK, breakfast wasn’t that great though. Basically a scam; this is 2 hotels, the main one which looks nice, you have breakfast there, all facilities (restaurants, pool), and the second one (“east wing”) which used to be a operate under a different name/brand, much less fancy, which they added to the main one. They’re 1km away by shuttle bus, or there’s a shelter tunnel ~200m with underground stairs you can walk connecting them. Rooms in the “east wing” are bad, super small, uncomfortable bed, bathroom badly designed (shower has no separation, sink has very little clearance b/w faucet and drain, …) plus it was dirty, the shower drain was clogged. Parking is 30chf extra per night and they force you to use the valet service, no option to self park. Valet service is at main hotel, so you need to get there first to get your car. Using facilities of main hotel is possible I guess if you’re in the second one but walking the shelter tunnel in flip flops to get to the spa is probably not the best. They also “strongly suggest” you to leave good reviews, and take a 200chf deposit off your card on check-in.

We stayed 7 nights. Great service and crew. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with direction, drinks, and service in general was outstanding. We definitely would come back again Ample space in the room and very well maintained hotel in general. Thanks to Felipe, Eva, Andres, Giorgio , Ali and Olekseii for making our stay memorable. Also the internal pool and spa is really good. The Hotel is NOT close to the center. It is highly recommended to get a Swiss Pass Travel card so if you plan to see different cities around, highly recommended. The Swiss pass also let you get into many museums. We used Uber and the tram to go to Central station several times, but it can be cumbersome as there is a small hike to the closest station ( triemli ). It is no a negative thing per-se but we are not the hiking type. Note that the outside pool doesnt open until mid-may I think.

Spa / pool / hot tub area was great. Beware staying here - if you ended up in a cheaper “Superior” room in the East Wing, these are actually Inferior rooms. The windows do not open, and the air does not cool, so it will be very stuffy and comfortable. Horrible stay.

Silverfishes all over the Property, in the rooms Bathrooms but especially very mutch in the SPA-Area

Didn’t know that if I come by train that there will be no taxis waiting to deliver me with suitcases to the hotel. Swimming pool in pictures looked modern and big.

It's ambience, the staff was very competent and helpful, property is located at a very beautiful location and it was very clean. Everything was perfect
