The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Location is amazing! Breakfast had a great selection with plenty of options. In the room kettle for hot water, coffee machine, safe, iron. Having an air conditioner was very much appreciated. Only one small downside - room felt a little dated, because of the old carpet.

Nice hotel, good equipped, room also comfortable. Breakfast was bad experience, I told my room number to the waiter, but she worried few seconds, looks don’t trust me. It’s very bad. If she can’t remember the room which booked breakfast, she must go to system check it immediately, not staying long time like lost her mind. And you should prepare coffee machine, people don’t like too much service now. And the restaurant is crowded, half space closed for your convenience of your work. Anyway the breakfast experience feels like in the kindergarten, supervised by the teacher. I can’t enjoy it.

Location, staff and food was excellent. Price was not great value, but the visit was in Mid August, peak season. Air quality in Zurich was similar to New York, LA, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur. Noisy cars revving around the hotel late at night.
