The service was probably the best we had around Europe. They all went above expectations The bed a bit hard and pillow bit soft.

The food, the gym and the location is amazing. It took them 6 hours to get us the crib we requested. We kept calling to remind them and nothing until we got irritated with them. The front desk was also pretty rude when we were checking in. She kept insisting that we booked a room with 1 king bed until we pulled out our booking. Absolutely ridiculous for the price we paid for that 1 night. Staying at a 3 star hotel would have given us the same exact experience. I wouldn’t waste my money on this hotel ever again.
